Abstract

As a result of the measures dictated by the government to face the COVID-19 crisis, the Ministry of the Presidency organized the staff to respond to the demands of public entities at the national level. Although the support and response of the technical team did not stop, there were situations that put ministry personnel at risk in order to continue the service. In this context and due to the increase in infections, the remote work modality was established, which meant the reorientation of the management of human, material and technological resources. As well as, the search for harmony between the work and family environment.
