Abstract
This article aims, based on the technical reports issued by the National Civil Service Authority (SERVIR) and the decisions rendered by the Civil Service Tribunal, to provide a general overview of the strategic actors involved in the different stages of disciplinary administrative proceedings. It examines the functions they perform throughout the process, complemented by practical experience, with particular emphasis on situations involving the disciplinary authorities that have resulted in the nullification of such proceedings.
