Tres conceptos clave de la administración pública: administración, organización y gestión

Abstract

This qualitative research article examines public administration, organization, and management through a thorough documentary analysis. Utilizing a variety of documentary sources, such as government reports, public policies, and academic studies, the research addresses how theoretical and practical frameworks influence the effectiveness of the public sector. The analysis reveals that organizational structure and inter-institutional coordination are essential for efficient public administration. The reviewed documents highlight the importance of a clear structure that defines roles and responsibilities to avoid duplication and improve decisionmaking. Effective coordination among different levels and governmental entities facilitates the uniform implementation of policies and programs. The study also underscores the relevance of accountability mechanisms in public management. Transparency in administration and the ability of agencies to justify their actions are crucial for strengthening public trust and policy
effectiveness. Finally, the documentary analysis shows that adaptability to emerging changes and challenges is key for continuous improvement in public administration. The ability to adjust strategies and processes in response to new needs and contexts ensures a more dynamic and responsive management. In conclusion, this study aims to provide a fundamental guide to understand the three key concepts, with the purpose of promoting their correct and adequate application by public servants and contributing to citizens having a clearer understanding of the public sphere. Is it important to distinguish these three, since they should not be considered synonymous, but rather as concepts that complement each other to strengthen state management.
