Abstract
As part of the OECD Country Programme for Peru, this review provides an in-depth assessment of the country's public integrity system by analyzing its structures, instruments, and processes. It identifies priority areas for implementing a coherent and comprehensive integrity system, fostering a culture of integrity across government, and enabling effective accountability in accordance with the OECD Recommendation on Public Integrity (2017).
The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) is dedicated to promoting policies that improve the economic and social well-being of people around the world. In practice, it has become a forum where its 35 member countries, which together account for approximately 70% of the global economy, collaborate to share experiences and develop solutions to common challenges.
