Saber Servir, Journal of the National School of Public Administration of Peru is an open access virtual publication that has existed since 2017. It is a peer-reviewed academic journal of biannual periodicity (July and December) in the field of public management with an emphasis on the civil service. Its central axis is a case study on public management. It is aimed at civil servants, the academic public and researchers in public management. Its objective is to contribute to the dissemination of public management issues related to the civil service, as well as to promote debate and the generation of knowledge in this area.

Issue 15 of Saber Servir: Journal of the National School of Public Administration brings together research articles and public management cases addressing contemporary challenges facing the Peruvian and Latin American civil service. The contributions examine topics related to civil service professionalization, state capacity building, public sector human resource management, mechanisms for attracting talent to government, and organizational transformations in public administration. The issue also presents empirical studies and management experiences that contribute to academic debate and provide evidence for decision-making in the public sector
